Meals and Snacks
We provide balanced meals and healthy snacks throughout the day. Parents should inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. We are committed to providing a nut-free environment and accommodating specific dietary needs wherever possible.
Activities
Our programme includes arts and crafts, sports, group games, storytelling, and seasonal activities tailored to each half-term. Activities are organised to promote physical activity, creativity, teamwork, and cultural learning, with a focus on Welsh language immersion.
Behavioural Expectations
- All children are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other children.
- Inappropriate behaviour, such as bullying or aggression, will not be tolerated. Parents will be contacted if their child is involved in any behavioural issues, and repeated incidents may lead to suspension from the club without refund.

- Parents are required to provide up-to-date emergency contact information and disclose any medical conditions that could impact their child’s participation.
- In the event of illness, children showing symptoms such as fever, vomiting, or diarrhoea should remain at home and only return to the club once they are symptom-free for at least 24 hours.
